Yes I am aware that this quote is (somewhat differently) in the bible but I like the word condemn so I used that quote.

im trying to survive at the moment not even really live like i should be!
i have to look for a rental property which im having hard time trying to do. seeing lots of places i apply for are either taken already and still listed or too much 300+ week
how are people supposed to survive these days.
fuel prices.
rent/home owning or paying your home off etc…
bills.
fines
another thing is *** is the problem with people and the police these days.

Help me go over my budget for an apartment? Anyone? Is $250 enough for food and whatever?
I get about 1200-1300 a month, but 1200 is the absolute lowest I ever make.
Rent - 629 (Includes all utilities but water)
Water - 15 ( Flat Rate )
Car Insurance - 100
Gas - ~80-90/Month (might be less since I am moving closer to work)
Cell Phone - 70
That leaves me with $306 - I am considering getting High Speed Internet and Digital Cable, but that would only leave me with about 210. Is 210 enough for food and stuff (Tp, Toothpase, Deoderant, ect) or should I skip the interet and cable? I can live with dial up if I have too, I used to have it before, and its like what $10 a month? I might just fork out the $30 a month for internet instead, that way I can download TV shows and put them on DVD’s?
What do you guys think? 306 a month enough for food and stuff?

Leaving a Month to Month Lease. What about my last months rent? (Cali)?
Heres my question:
Three people are renting a house on a month to month lease. The landlord has last months rent and a deposit from each person. I took my name off the lease, the remaining roomates are willing to sublet my room after I am gone. I know I have no way to get my deposit back until they all move out, but what about my last months rent? Can I use that for my actual last month living there? Or do I have to leave that with the landlord and get the sublet person to reimburse me?
