Would you be more likely to buy a car from a company reemerging from bankruptcy?

Would you be more likely to buy a car from a company reemerging from bankruptcy?

Or would you be more likely to buy a car from a company that is on the verge of bankruptcy?

People suggest bankruptcy will keep people from buying from the big 3, but I personally wouldn’t buy from a company that’s literally living on borrowed time…

hi me and my dad and sis r trying to rent out the top of our house so im moving downstairs and turn the lounge into my room. I want white walls with a black and white theme. Also im in to butterflys and rainbows even though im 12. I have a budget of £40. furniture i already have:
bed
2wardrobes
a desk (that can be cut down)
and a min tv - Silver

also i want pictures of my family in frames all over my room. sorry 4 being picky plz help

why do I need home owner’s insurance to rent clubhouse?

We have a clubhouse in our condo community that I wanted to rent it for a party. Our management company asked to provide my home owner’s insurance. AFAIU my condo insurance is supposed to cover the inside of my unit. My question is why would they ask for something that has nothing to do with the common property (clubhouse)?

Flat or room for rent in Ljubljana?

I am coming to Ljubljana next week to look for work, and want to find a place to stay, either short or long term. If anyone knows of something, or can tell me a website or some place to look when I arrive, I’d really appreciate it! I would like something fairly central, not too expensive, and quiet and secure. I’m not a party person, but I am a musician.

Does my roomate owe rent for the 3 months he went home? i own the place and i charge him rent (utilities inc)?

my roomate decided that he wanted to go home for most of the summer this past may. he was in his first semester of graduate school &was studying to get his MBA. he worked at the local icecream shop across the street &things there werent so rosey from what he was sayin. the owners were pissing him off and he hated his job which was his main p.t. job. He had quit his f.t. job in the financial world last december& was making around 34k with 2 jobs.

One night at dinner he told me he was thinking he was goin to go home for most of the summer. he told me his sistr was goin off to college & it be the last time to really spend time with her. i told him that he was running away from his problems. we agreed (verbally) to have one payment w/ utilities inc. his stuff stayed in his room while he went home and he came home last weekend. i believe he needs to pay up for the months he missed. i was nice enough 2 drop his rent when he went back2 school. how should i bring this up in not good at this

If you do a short sale on a home can you still rent out an apartment?

My husband and I cant afford this place. The price is going up, and its killing us. We can hardly pay all of our bills. He is military, and we are also moving next year sometime. We dont know what to do. We would like to still be able to buy another home in the future….not for a while though. How long would it take to build back up our credit after something like this?

What is the difference between “for rent”, “for lease”, and “pre-lease”?

I am currently looking into getting a house or apartment. I have seen signs that say “For Rent”, “For Lease”, and “For Pre-Lease”. What is the difference between these three terms?
