If you tried to rent a car, and you have your License and Insurance info, do they always verify it?
July 31st, 2009 Posted by: admin
I got the SR-22 insurance, but they haven’t changed the status of my license from suspended to VALID… I wanted to know if they always check your license to see if it’s valid?

I live in the HILLS, I’ve noticed when I’m opening my sodas the top is tightening back to the bottle?
July 31st, 2009 Posted by: admin
Normally cheap sodas go flat as soon as you open them, NOT mine! AND I want to know why? The bottle seems to be expanding, I’m wondering whats creating this unusual chemical reaction? Is there something in the air? What, any how I must find the correct answer, it’s driving me crazy! Should I let my kids drink it?

Studio Apartments - First Move?
July 31st, 2009 Posted by: admin
I am looking into moving out by August 2009 into a Studio Apartment. To do so I will need a car, and rent money, as well as get a job by Dec 2008. Does this seem do able? I am a college student, so I can’t work full time, I’m just tired of dorm life, and not being in the same place long enough to keep a job, I move back and forth from city to city due to holidays. I’d just love to be able to live in one town permanently.
1 CommentFinancially speaking, if I get a job as a CVS cashier for 8 months, is that enough time for a car and apartment? Does anyone remember when they first moved out?

I have my associates in business from a community college (not online) but want to do my last 2 yrs for my bachelors online. Do employers in the business field see this as a weakness or strength?

Am responsible for utilities after I move out of an apartment still under lease?
July 31st, 2009 Posted by: admin
I am moving out, My roomie was warned several months ago that I would be doing so. I am aware that I am responsible for the rent for the duration of the lease, and will be paying said rent. However she is making it very hard for me to move and is threatening me with legal action. The electric and other utilities are in my name, but I am terminating them tomorrow. Does she have any legal grounds for causing me problems?

What is your favorite place to go for vaction?
July 31st, 2009 Posted by: admin
Mine is Nags Head, North Carolina. I love sitting out on the deck of a house my family rented for the week, and just looking at the Roanoke Sound…and watching sailboats float by. The rental houses are incredible too. What is your favorite vacation spot?

What is the minimum heat that a landlord is required to set in a house with multiple rooms rented?
July 31st, 2009 Posted by: admin
Renting a room in a home and the landlord will not turn the heat up over 62 degrees. We are freezing in Michigan.
I am disabled so my circulation is not very good. I have blankets, sweaters, etc. keeping me warm. Unable to find any information on the Michigan code. Does anyone know about Michigan code for landlord habitabiity?
