How much am I looking to pay monthly on living expenses with a $945 rent?

I am planing on moving to a new place by myself. The rent is $945, the security deposit is $600. I don’t know how much the electric and water bill will be for one person. Also add the cell phone bill.

How do I go about boarding other people’s horses on my property?

I live in South Jersey. This summer I was thinking about advertising to board horses on my private property. I have a barn with two stalls and almost 5 acres of land including a field and woods. I’ve had training in the past with taking care of horses. I just want to know if I have to get a license or be officially qualified in any way and if there are any laws I have to go by.

Moving to LA. Where is a cheaper place to live near UCLA?

We may be moving to LA this year if my husband decides to go to UCLA. We don’t want him to have to commute too far but we also need an affordable house to rent <$1,000/mo. We need the yard b/c we have 2 large dogs. City ideas..Please help!

Are there any Car rental companies in Belfast that will hire to a 22 yea old ?

I need to rent a car from Belfast City airport on the 24th March for one day. I am 22 and most of the companies I have searched for only allow over 23 or 25.
I have had my license for 3 years if that makes a difference.

Why do some apartment sites show less rent than others and ask for membership to reveal the address?

I tried an online apartment search (in California) and found the rent for a 1-bed apt. not less than 1000 $ . But some sites like apartmenthunterz showed 1-bed apt’s for $800 and even less, but these are paid sites which require membership for revealing address and other details. Are such site sreliable in the results they show? How is it that they are showing rental for a much lower price?

Good apartments for students in Toronto?

Ok so I’ve checked out all the sights i.e. ontario student housing, student rentals, and websites from the schools, but still curious as to some options. I am either going to go to George Brown or York University. So in those areas. Also if it’s GB, probably St. James campus. Looking for a 2 bedroom, Ive found one for 990/month in a great location and pretty good apartment, but just evaluating my options/suggestions. Would like to move in by end of July/August. Thanks!

Housing: Yahoo USE to have a good housing search, What’s good now?

We got laid off. Now have to get new jobs and new housing. To pick a job, we want to correlate it to good housing. What is a good site these days (compared to what Yahoo USE to do)? Looking for houses.. not apartments or the like. Having a hard time.
This is a broad question. I don’t know where we’d want to live in the FIRST place. I want what Yahoo use to provide. You plug in an area, and it tells you what could be found IN that area. Income vs. morgage that = something we could swing. Yahoo USE to provide that. Now I’m asking if someone knows of ANOTHER such site that would give us that information.
