How much of a deposit is needed when buying a house?

This will be our first house and our credit is a bit iffy. I am working on trying to improve it and also save for a deposit. Houses in my area cost between $250,000 to $300,000 for a 3-bedroom.

we are looking for a modular home to put on property and dont want to buy it new, we dont mind fixing it up so i was trying to find a web site that had some like repo homes or houses that are gonna be auctioned off that have been forclosed on from that bank in utah perferrablly late 90 early 00would be great

Unpaid back taxes on homes (where to find them)?

Where do you look to find houses that have unpaid back taxes? I’m going to buy a book about it - but I worry it will be just like the Carlton Sheets I bought. If I find out how to do it - I’m giving the info out for free! So many people need help in getting a home ya know? I don’t want to be a millionare - I just want a nice home and maybe one to rent out. That’s it.

I was just wondering about it yesterday. What can be the reason? Is it possible to be like this because I have air signs on the cusps of 3, 7 and 11 house? My mercury is in virgo and my sun and ascendant in leo, as well. What do you think? Is there any aspect which can contribute to this? Thanks in advance
