Where can I find great ballet flats similar to those at J.Crew?

i wear ballet flats every day and i especially love the ones at j.crew. i’m a classic prep so i like their flats with great, fun, preppy patterns and preppy colors. unfortunately, all the ones i like are $118 each and since i’m a shopoholic and need money to spend elsewhere, like at J.Crew on clothes, i can’t quite afford that pricepoint. where else might i be able to find ballet flats similar to those at jcrew.com but at a more affordable price?

No CommentsI will be visiting Cairns in August and want to know the cheapest way to explore the natural beauty of Cairns. Tour companies looks expensive and I want to plan my adventure directly through the companies concern to avoid unnecessary third party fees from tour companies.
I will rent a car in Cairns and drive around to see most of Cairns, however I want to know whether you have to go throught tour companies only to see major attraction in Cairns or are there any cheaper way to see what Cairns has to offer:
For instance;
1) Can I pay the cruise company directly for a cruise and snorkling at the great barrier reef.
2) Can I drive to Skyrail Rainforest Cableway to pay for a sky rail ride ,,,,,etc.

Can you evict someone out of the apartment you’re renting when their name is also on the lease?

My son is 18 & on the lease w/ me at the apartments I rent. He will not pay his share of the bills. He is unruley, disrespectful, acts as though he’s in charge, and won’t even take out the trash. It’s time for “Tuff love”. I want to evict him from this apartment that I pay for. Can I do that?

Studio Apartments - First Move?

I am looking into moving out by August 2009 into a Studio Apartment. To do so I will need a car, and rent money, as well as get a job by Dec 2008. Does this seem do able? I am a college student, so I can’t work full time, I’m just tired of dorm life, and not being in the same place long enough to keep a job, I move back and forth from city to city due to holidays. I’d just love to be able to live in one town permanently.

my family and i are looking for a 3bedroom home for rent in raleigh. n,c we have looked in the papers and online and not getting any where and are NOT going public housing route!been there done that .if you or some one you know has a rental property for rent in raleigh n.c and is willin to work with us as to be honest just like most young people because of our past our credit is tarnished .. we would really love to hear from you thank you !

i’ve been playing badminton all my life, and i LOVE it, but now they are making me quit and start swimming. i’ve tried swimming before, and my parents think that i’m really good at it, but i **** It!!! how can i convince my parents to let me play badminton? i love badminton!
