What do you think about him not letting me come up?

I was supposed to go visit my boyfriend this weekend but he told me that i shouldnt come because he had a lot of homework to do and tests to study for.
1 CommentBut last night he went to a concert and tonight he is going to another town (like 30 min drive away) to party at his roommates parents house.
What would you think about this? What would you say to him?

Can I rent a car for an out-of-state trip?

I am trying to get me and my family (brother and parents) from Dallas to Boston and am considering just renting a car and driving as opposed to paying $300 per plane ticket. Do car rental place allow this? Is it really cheaper? I called one place but he said that they don’t do that, does this apply to all car rental places? If not, are there any other alternatives? I would use my own car but I’m afraid it’s not too reliable and am scared that it’ll stop going halfway there! I also don’t know anyone who will be willing to let us drive 1400 miles x2! Any help would be appreciated thanks!

What Is The Minimum Age To Legally Rent An Apartment?

I’m 15 years old and I’m looking to get out of my parent’s house (big surprise there right, kid wants away from his parents). Anyways, I live in Jacksonville Florida and I was wondering how old I have to be to rent an apartment. I heard from one person that I have to be 18, and I heard from another person that I have to be 16 with emancipation. Could somebody give me a straight answer please?

His parents want us to move in with them?

We are engaged to be married and we were thinking to move to the city his parents live in.(even though I don’t want to move,but the life is cheaper there)But now they say” don’t spend that much money to rent a house,move in with us until you find a job and a house!” I always lived on my own,worked and stayed on my feet.They are too much involved .I even got a credit from the bank for our moving expenses.Now why the hell would I move in with them since we can afford to move and I could find a job in 10 days???What should I do? I am independent and I even consider staying where I am ,even it’s much more expensive! What should I do???

Can you legally separate yourself from your parents before you’re 18?

when my friend was 17 (still a senior in high school) she wanted to move out and get an apartment. But when she went to apply they told her (besides the whole credit thing) that she would have to be 18, have her parents sign for her, or show legal documentation saying that she was independent from her parents. So I’ve been searching, but I can’t find anything on it. Does anyone have any idea?

yeah like stated in the question. what are the pros and cons of renting and pros and cons of owning a condo/townhouse
im looking to move out of my parents house in the near future and will start looking at places soon so im not sure if i should own or rent. renting to me sounds like can get expensive over long period of time because you cant sell your place when you want to move. i will eventually want a house so i know for sure i will not stay at this place for more then ten years.

how can i know if giving my baby up for adoption is best?

i am 22 years old, i just graduated from college with a bachelors degree. i live in a studio apartment by myself and my parents live in another city an hour away.
12 Commentsi am currently looking for a “real” job but am waitressing to pay rent. i am also 1 month pregnant by one of my guy friends. he does not know i am pregnant with his child, and if he did know he would **** me. we believe in very different religions from each other and have different cultures so raising a baby together would be challenging.
my family wants me to have the baby and promise to help me raise it. i am questioning whether it is fair to my child to be raised without a father during this transitional period in my life. i am worried that this baby will ruin my life and i in turn, will ruin it’s life. i am considering giving the baby up for adoption…. what do you guys think?
