I am trying to get me and my family (brother and parents) from Dallas to Boston and am considering just renting a car and driving as opposed to paying $300 per plane ticket. Do car rental place allow this? Is it really cheaper? I called one place but he said that they don’t do that, does this apply to all car rental places? If not, are there any other alternatives? I would use my own car but I’m afraid it’s not too reliable and am scared that it’ll stop going halfway there! I also don’t know anyone who will be willing to let us drive 1400 miles x2! Any help would be appreciated thanks!

is the intern management trainee position at enterprise rent-a-car worth it?

Iam a 3rd year Commerce, university student and just got a job as a intern management trainee. Is it worth it for experience or is it just another position similar to being a manager at McDonalds where the pay is not even higher and the experience is limited after you become a manager actually. Do you know how much managers make at enterprise? Is it worth it ?

Is there any Car Rental places in Chicago that will let you rent a car if you are 19 ?

I have to go to Great Lakes IL to see my fiancee graduate from Navy Bootcamp. I am only 19 yrs old and all car rental places say you have to be 21! I don’t know if there is always going to be taxi’s around soo renting a car would be easier. Any1 know of a place close to the Chicago O’Hare airport that rents cars where u have to be 21?!
